For most rehabilitation services Shining Star accepts Medicaid FFS (Fee For Services), Molina, SilverSummit and Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield.
For therapy only, the following insurance are accepted:

Assessment – $125
Therapy with fully licensed therapist:
60 minute session – $75
45 minute session – $60
30 minute session – $50
Therapy with intern:
60 minute session – $50
45 minute session – $40
30 minute session – $35
Parent Training – $35 per hour
Supervised Visits – $35 per hour
